Formato confidencial que utiliza el juez para emitir su votación.
Boleta de Desempate
Formato confidencial que utiliza el juez de desempate, únicamente si se produce un empate en los resultados de los demás jueces.
Boleta de Table Topics
Formulario que utilizan los jueces votantes para calificar a cada participante del concurso de discursos improvisados.
Certificado de Elegibilidad de Concursantes
Documento que cada concursante debe llenar y firmar para certificar que cumple con todos los requisitos de elegibilidad necesarios para competir.
Certificado de Elegibilidad de Jueces
Documento que cada juez debe firmar para certificar que cumple con todos los requisitos de elegibilidad e imparcialidad.
Formato de Resultados
Documento del Juez Principal para notificar al Presidente del Concurso sobre los ganadores y su clasificación final.
Notificación de Ganador de Concurso:
Formulario que el Presidente del Concurso utiliza para comunicar formalmente los nombres y la clasificación de los ganadores al siguiente nivel de la competencia.
Perfil Biográfico
Formulario con información personal, profesional y de Toastmasters de cada concursante, para presentar adecuadamente a cada orador.
Registro del Tiempo
Formato para que el Cronometrador anote la duración exacta del discurso de cada participante, para verificar el cumplimiento de los tiempos reglamentarios y aplicar descalificaciones si fuera necesario.

Results Form
Official document used by the Chief Judge to notify the Contest Chair of the winners' names and their final ranking, ensuring the announcement of the results is accurate and orderly.
Judge's Certification of Eligibility and Code of Ethics
A document that each judge must sign to certify they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to the code of ethics.
International Speech Contest Ballot
Form used by voting judges to score each participant, based on the specific judging criteria and point system established.
Time Record Sheet
Form used by the Timer to record the exact speaking time for each contestant.
Counter's Tally Sheet
Form used by ballot counters to record and tally the results from the judges' ballots, ensuring an accurate calculation to determine the final ranking of the contestants.
Notification of Contest Winner
Form used to formally communicate the results and the names of the advancing contestants to the organizers of the next level of the competition.
Speaker's Certification of Eligibility and Originality
A document that each contestant must sign to certify they meet all eligibility requirements and to attest that their speech is substantially original.
International Tiebreaking Ballot
Confidential ballot used by the tiebreaking judge to rank all contestants. This judge's ballot is consulted only to resolve a tie in the final results from the voting judges.
Speech Contestant Profile
A form completed by each contestant to provide their biographical and Toastmasters information.
Quarterfinals Video Release Form
A legal agreement that must be signed by the District-level contest winner. This document authorizes the recording of their speech and grants Toastmasters International permission to use the video for the quarterfinal competition and for other organizational purposes, including its potential distribution on public platforms.

Certificados para impresión (EN)
An official recognition awarded to contestants and/or role-holders to acknowledge and thank them for their valuable contribution and participation in the contest.
An official certificate awarded to the contestant who achieves third place.
An official certificate awarded to the contestant who achieves second place.
An official certificate awarded to the contestant who achieves first place.
